Gwyneth Paltrow has taken her workout regime to the next level by insisting that her gym shower be dried before she uses it.
A source revealed that the 40-year-old actress, who exercises for two hours every day at a gym she co-owns, makes someone go into the stall and wipe the entire shower dry, Metro.co.uk reported.
The insider said that Paltrow refuses to touch what she calls "somebody else's shower water".
The source said that when the 'Shallow Hal' actress is in the gym, someone from the staff is sent to fetch her favourite brand 'SmartWater' from the gas station, despite the gym stocking a variety of high-end bottled water.
Paltrow also refuses to use toilet paper that anyone has touched and demands an unopened package.
