eMudhra, a digital identity and transaction management solutions provider launched emSigner, a secure cloud (SaaS) based automated signing and workflow solution.
Developed to eliminate paper cost across all verticals, eMudhra's emSigner helps reduce cost up to 80 percent. Integrated with ERP products like SAP, Peoplesoft, Oracle Business Suite, emSigner is ready to use with no additional software requirements, thus making it easy to adopt.
emSigner is a work flow automation tool that aims to reduce the need for having paper in an office. It is verticalised for department-specific workflows - human resources, legal, finance, customer on-boarding, lending- eliminating the requirement of additional management systems for separate verticals, saving time. emSigner uses legally valid digital signatures under the Information Technology Act, 2000, India.
Marquee customers such as Infosys, Amazon and Wipro are early adopters of emSigner for large scale signing. With the Goods and Services Tax (GST) requiring digital invoices to be digitally signed, emSigner, with its integrated accounting packages like Tally, can help companies issue digitally signed GST compliant invoices and forms.

State governments are pushing companies to reduce their carbon footprint and manage waste. eMudhra strives to help companies in this endeavour. In India, eMudhra has helped over 15 state governments go paperless through emSigner.
eMudhra has issued over 15 million digital signature certificates yearly, serving over 35 million customers. The company has partnered with over 100 large enterprises and several government agencies in India to implement emSigner as a solution for going paperless.
emSigner has enabled offices in large corporates and enterprises across the country to go completely paperless. The product is designed to optimise the way companies send, review, approve, sign and manage their business documents, pay slips and Form-16.
