Eva Mendes was stopped by a police officer for allegedly using her mobile phone while driving in Los Angeles.
However, the 39-year-old actress managed to avoid a ticket after she was pulled over by a police officer on a bicycle, TMZ.com reported.
Mendes was spotted chatting on the phone in her grey Lexus SUV.
A law enforcement source told the publication that Mendes was given a piece of paper but apparently talked her way out of a ticket and they have no record of a citation.
