New Manchester United player Marouane Fellaini has said that he has joined the club to win trophies, not friends and will not be changing the abrasive style that led to his popularity at Everton.

According to Sport24, Fellaini expressed that he came to Old Trafford to win trophies and it was a dream to join the biggest club in the world.

The fuzzy-haired Belgian midfielder will make his debut against Crystal Palace on Saturday.

He said that he would prove himself on the pitch and although some people do not like his qualities, he did not care as the manager and staff gave him enough confidence.

Fellaini was United's only high-profile addition to the squad that won the title last season in former manager Alex Ferguson's swansong, the report said.
