GirnarSoft, which runs India's leading auto portals CarDekho, Gaadi and Zigwheels has appointed Amol Naresh as Director-CRM.
In his role, Amol will be responsible for growing the adoption of our CRM tools that are provided to auto dealer partners and OE manufacturers for better business processing.
Prior to joining GirnarSoft, Amol was associated with Hansa Customer Equity Pvt. Ltd as a Program Manager for group wide implementation of CRM program on Microsoft Dynamics CRM at Mahindra and Mahindra.
A techno-functional professional and industry veteran, Amol has varied experience in customer relationship business and loyalty processes across automobile, airline and realty sectors in a career spanning over 15 years. He has held leadership roles with automobile majors like Maruti Suzuki and Volkswagen India, and Godrej Properties.
"Customer relationship management (CRM) is the backbone of our offerings to our dealers and OE manufacturers and is a segway of opportunities for CarDekho's network expansion. Amol's previous association with leading players in the automobile manufacturer's space provides him with in-depth insights that will come in handy as GirnarSoft gets ready for the next level of growth. We are delighted to have Amol on board," said Chief People Officer GirnarSoft, Ankur Agarwal.
"GirnarSoft has established itself as a market leader in the Indian online automobile industry because of its diverse and user-centric offerings to consumers, dealers and manufacturers. CRM solutions are instrumental in the growth trajectory of the company and in sync with my field of experience," added Naresh.
