Online training aggregator connecting training seekers to training providers Hunarr has announced the launch of its latest course recommendation feature for job aspirants across India.
Further enhancing its job-role based educational training program search, the new feature will help candidates with a personalized listing based on their job application on renowned recruitment platforms.
According to a study conducted by Hunarr, up to 60 percent candidates applying for a particular job role are rejected due to their lack of proficiency in a specific skill. To solve this problem, Hunarr has come up with the course recommendation feature that can help users find suitable courses based on their job requirements.
The training platform will provide job seekers with a suggested list of training courses in case their job applications gets rejected on AasaanJobs to begin with, due to poor or lack of certain technical skills.
"At Hunarr, we always strive to create only the best products for our users to make their lives easier. With our new course recommendation feature, we have developed extremely personalized and data centric algorithms to recommend the right training courses for candidates, which can further help in improving their chances of securing a good job. The feature has already become quite popular among our registered users since its launch, and is expected to generate more interest among job seekers in the near future," said spokesperson Hunarr, Nikita Navral.
With its latest feature, Hunarr will become the only course listing platform in the country to provide personalized listings of training programs based on a candidate's specific skills and interests.
It is also planning to tie up with various recruitment platforms to recommend
skills and courses based on the jobs searched applied for by a candidate on Hunarr's platform.
The one-of-a-kind training platform aims at becoming one of the most talked about website for job based training courses. It plans to become a smart and efficient course listing website that can help candidates determine which course they should pursue in order to fulfill their career goals, and become a successful professional.
