Matthew McConaughey has revealed that he sought help from Tom Hanks, who has lost weight drastically for many roles, to help him shed off the kilos for a new flick.
McConaughey told People Magazine that he actually called the veteran actor and had a great conversation with him about what he learned about losing weight for 'Philadelphia' and 'Cast Away'.
The 'Magic Mike' star, who will be playing the role of an HIV-positive man dealing with his diagnosis in his next project, said that he also consulted a nutritionist about the best way to do lose weight.
