Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday took to Twitter to extend his best wishes to the Indian women's cricket team which is currently taking on England in search of their maiden ICC Women's World Cup title at the Lord's in London.
Prime Minister Modi praised each and every individual of the Women in Blue and extended his wishes.
"As our women's cricket team plays the World Cup finals today, I join the 125 crore Indians in wishing them the very best! @BCCIWomen," said Prime Minister Modi.

Earlier, the Indian men's cricket team, which is currently in Sri Lanka, also wished Mithali Raj and Co. "all the best" for their much-anticipated summit clash.
In a 13-second video, Virat Kohli's men, along with the support staff, were seen giving their best wishes to the Indian eves.
"Go for it ladies. Give it to the Poms," was the message given by newly appointed Team India head coach Ravi Shastri.
"On behalf of the whole Indian team and the support staff, all the way from Sri Lanka, we want to wish 'All the best'," said Kohli along with the entire team.
If India win, they will become only the fourth team to do so with England, Australia and New Zealand sharing all the preceding titles.
