IS chief brands Taliban leader as 'fool and illiterate warlord'

Islamic State (IS) leader has branded the Taliban chief as "a fool and an illiterate warlord" as both the terrorist organizations declared jihad against each other.

According to the Daily Star, police chief of Afghanistan's southern Helmand province Nabi Jan Mullahkhil reportedly received documents wherein both IS and Taliban announced jihad against each other.

Mullahkin reportedly said that some intelligence agencies make new groups to keep the war ongoing in the conflict-torn country when peace talks between the government and the Taliban comes into discussion.
