The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge's decision to leave Prince George behind with his maternal grandparents while they go on a holiday for a week has sparked a controversy among parents online.
People have attacked Kate Middleton on mummy networking blog mumsnet, with some mocking them by saying that they need a holiday for William to recover from the shooting holiday in Spain a couple of weeks ago, and Kate to recover from the Mustique holiday last month.
No wonder they're exhausted, the post added, essentialmums.co.nz reported.
While one joked that it was very maternal of Kate to dump her baby, another mocked saying that 'unlike that Windsor person and the Middleton woman they won't be leaving their baby and going on a holiday'.
However, some came to defend Kate's move to leave her 8-month-son behind like Aussie blogger Em Rusciano who said that it was bloody appalling of mothers to attack the mum-of-one like that.
