Janata Dal-United (JD-U) legislator Sanjay Singh filed a defamation case against Rashtriya Janata Dal chief Lalu Prasad on Monday for allegedly using unparliamentary language against him.
Singh, who is also the JD-U spokesperson, filed the defamation case in the Patna civil court.
Lalu Prasad had allegedly described Singh and another JD-U leader Sanjay Jha as "alsatians" at last week's Parivartan Rally in Patna.
