Justin Bieber, who was arrested for DUI earlier in January, wants to take a break from his music career and constant touring to start a tattoo parlor, it has been revealed.

A source close to the teen icon told Radar Online that Bieber told his manager Scooter Braun and mentor Usher that he wants to take control of his life and not be out on the road in a different city every other night.

The insider asserted that the 'Baby' hit maker's short term plans include opening a tattoo parlor with his dad and they have talked about it for a very long time.

It's Bieber's dream for it to be a very high-end parlor, unlike anything currently out there, the source added.
