Justin Bieber has been sued by a photographer for giving a crushing MMA-type kick to his abdomen.
Jose Osmin Hernandez Duran has alleged that he was filming the singer and his then girlfriend, Selena Gomez at 'The Commons in Calabasas' last year when the singer was trying to maneuver his brand new Mercedes out of the parking lot, TMZ.com reported.
The 'Beauty and the Beat' singer allegedly got frustrated with him and jumped out of the car to deliver a martial arts-type kick in the lower rib cage on the left side of his abdomen of the photographer.
The suit further states that the 19-year-old continued the attack and used his left fist to punch the photographer on the right side of his face.
He then allegedly pushed him against a parked car.
The suit also claims that Gomez returned to the scene a few minutes later to look for her cell phone and apologized for her boyfriend's behaviour.
The photographer has not mentioned any specific amount that he wants for the alleged assault and battery.
