Katy Perry slams 'dark side' of showbiz

Katy Perry has revealed that the "dark" side of show business troubles her.

The 'Firework' hit maker told Elle magazine that she feels there's little she can do to help her famous pals when they are surrounded by the wrong people, the Daily Express reported.

The 28-year-old singer, who was previously married to Russell Brand, revealed she knows a lot of people with the most detrimental entourages, saying they are the root of their demise.

She added that it's really unfortunate, but you can't save these people and her days of celebrity saving are over.
