Haryana Chief Minsiter M L Khattar on Saturday released second part of white paper on state finances aimed at improving financial situation of the state.
"On March 3, we had released the first part of this white paper. Today we have released the second part. This white paper is aimed at bringing financial situation of the state on the right track. We are willing to take suggestions from the people, opposition and experts to achieve this," Khattar said at the press conference after releasing the document.
He further took a dig at the previous Congress government in the state and said it was insensitive towards inclusive growth.
"The first part shows how the previous government ran the developmental schemes with regional bias. Some regions were given attention and some were ignored. This part highlights how previous government was insensitive towards inclusive welfare. It also throws light on the financial condition of government institutions," he said.
Earlier on Monday, Khattar had come out with a white paper presenting the factual status of various aspects of finances and related growth data of Haryana over the 10-year period between 2004-05 and 2013-14.
