Lindsay Lohan reportedly fled her hotel after the police turned up twice to ask her and her entourage about Paris Hilton's brother Barron Hilton claiming that the actress had him beaten up.
A source has claimed that Miami police showed up at Lohan's hotel twice without a warrant, looking for the alleged attacker, the New York Post reported.
However, the cops were turned away on both occasions without interviewing the 'Mean Girls' star or the alleged attacker.
Meanwhile, the 27-year-old actress was spotted checking out of the Shore Club in a hurry.
Hilton has reportedly filed a police report claiming that Lohan had ordered the attack, after she heard him criticize her.
