LiLo suing game company for using her 'image' in Grand Theft Auto V

Lindsay Lohan is reportedly suing Rockstar game 'Grand Theft Auto V' for using her image and likeness for characters featured on the game.

The 27-year-old actress and her lawyers are currently creating a lawsuit to file which demands Rockstar Games pay her money for using her image without permission.

According to her it's been done in three instances including the cover of the game which features blonde haired woman in a red bikini taking a snap of herself with a cell phone, Contactmusic reported.

In another instance, the player in the game has a side mission where they must save a blonde actress from the paparazzi taking photos of her.

Further into the game, the player has to break into a hotel, which is modeled after the Chateau Marmont in West Hollywood, where Lohan once lived, and film a blonde actress having sex in one of the rooms.

According to The Daily Dot, British actress Shelby Welinder has since also come forward and admitted that the likeness is based on her and has even presented her pay check from Rockstar Games as proof.
