Lutron hires Ripu Daman Sharma as Country Manager Sales, India Subcontinent

Leader in energy-saving, wireless lighting and shade control systems Lutron India has announced the appointment of Ripu Daman Sharma as Country Manager Sales, India Subcontinent.

A seasoned professional with a career spanning over 17 years, Ripu Daman joins Lutron after several triumphant stints at Keselec Schreder Pvt. Ltd., Hydro Building Systems Pvt. Ltd. (Now part of Sapa Group, Norway) and Alps Industries Ltd.

At Lutron, Ripu Daman will be engaged in developing business and managing the sales strategy for professional lighting and Controls solutions. With his extensive experience in Solution Sales and Business Development in B2B ecosystem within building and infrastructure industry, Ripu Daman will be further focused on creating a positive and remarkable impact on Lutron's business.

Daman holds a Master's in Business Administration with a specialization in Sales and Marketing from Institute of Productivity and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (BEng) from Punjab Technical University.
