Mamata pays tribute to Rituparno Ghosh on his second death anniversary

West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Saturday paid tribute to noted film director Rituparno Ghosh on his second death anniversary.

The West Bengal Chief Minister took to twitter to share her thoughts.

"On this day two years ago, we lost Rituparno Ghosh. His passing away was a huge loss for Bengal. He is our pride. We miss you Ritu," she tweeted.

Ghosh passed away on May 30, 2013 in Kolkata after suffering a heart attack.

Some of his critically acclaimed works are Unishe April, Chokher Bali, Raincoat, The Last Lear, Bariwali.
