Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon are battling over the custody of their 8 pet dogs post the split up.
The devoted parents of twin toddlers Moroccan and Monroe have already struck a deal to share parenting of the three-year-olds and they have also reached a financial settlement over their joint fortune of almost 325 million pounds, the Daily Express reported.
'America's Got Talent' TV host claimed that he have a "special bond" with The Good Reverend Pow Jackson and Mutley P Gore Jackson The Third and has demanded sole custody of the pair and "visitation rights" to the rest.
However, the sources have revealed that the dog issue was a real stumbling block in negotiations between both their sets of attorneys, with Carey insisting she doesn't want to split the pets up.
