Martina Hingis has revealed that chocolate and horse riding are secrets to her success.
The tennis pro said that her secret was maintaining the fitness she'd built up from childhood and having a healthy lifestyle which meant she could pick up maybe not quite where she left off but still considerably higher up the ladder than many of her competitors, the Daily Express reported.
She said that everything in moderation is her mantra when it comes to diet and she has a healthy lifestyle, and that her body is her most important tool.
She said that her number one priority so she takes care of it and eats as healthily as possible but she does like to have a little bit of everything and being Swiss she love her chocolate.
Hingis added that when she's feeling tired or stressed, she escapes to the stables for a couple of hours, as being around her horses, especially her favourite Ragana, calms her down and gives her a feeling of balance.
