Mike Tyson has bagged a role in upcoming film 'Ip Man 3,' based on Chinese martial artist Yip Man.

The former boxing champ will play the role of a street fighter and property developer in the film about Bruce Lee's former mentor, Wing Chun aficionado Man, where Donnie Yen will reprise his role as Ip, Variety magazine reported.

Yen will have a face-off with Tyson in the film.

Wilson Yip, who directed the original 2008 film, and then again its sequel in 2010, will be at the helm of the project, which is due to hit theatres in 2016.
