The Congress Party on Friday accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal of failing to curb inflation and described them as double faced 'Ravanas'.
"The rampant inflation in Delhi has exposed the double faced Ravana (Modi and Kejriwal) and we are burning this double face Ravana in different parts of Delhi," Congress leader Ajay Maken told ANI here.
Maken also held Kejriwal responsible for soaring prices of food and other commodities and for not able to stop the hoardings.
"Modi ji and his corporate friends are enjoying 'acche din' but these are worst days for general public," he added.
The Congress workers earlier staged a protest and burnt the effigies displaying the faces of Prime Minister Modi and Kejriwal in different parts of Delhi against the rising inflation.
