Wimbledon champion Andy Murray has said that it will be 'very hard' to replace his coach Ivan Lendl, with whom he has split after a two-year partnership.
Under eight-time Grand Slam champion Lendl, Murray won the 2012 US Open, an Olympic gold and Wimbledon last year.
According to the BBC, the Scot said that Lendl would be a very hard person to replace as it is very difficult to get a coach of his calibre easily.
The report mentioned that Murray thrived under the guidance of Lendl, who had earlier said that he could see himself coaching the Wimbledon champion until the end of his career.
The report further said that Lendl's departure will be a big loss to the British No.1 as he tries to recapture the form of last summer, adding that although the pair did not seem an obvious match at first, but a strong rapport developed as Lendl unlocked Murray's Grand Slam winning potential.
Lendl has reportedly rediscovered his love of playing, with recent successes on the lucrative seniors tour and in exhibition matches.
