Various functions have been organised in different parts of the country to mark the occasion.
Main function of birth anniversary celebrations, which has been organised here, is to be attended by Lok Sabha Speaker Sumitra Mahajan as the Chief Guest, while Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh and Finance Minister Arun Jaitley would be the Guest of Honour at the function.
