Justin Bieber lived up to his brat reputation yet again when he recently created a skateboarding ruckus along with half-dozen buddies and a couple of skateboarders.

According to TMZ.com, the 20-year-old singer was in Downtown L.A. for the Clippers game, after which he and his friends began skateboarding, weaving in and out of traffic.

Their act annoyed the people so much, that a motorist called the cops on them saying that Bieber and his crew were creating a hazard.

However, by the time officers showed up, Bieber had already left.
