Oprah Winfrey's OWN network, which struggled through layoffs and executive departures, is finally brining in the cash, as two new Tyler Perry series - 'The Haves and Have Nots' and 'Love Thy Neighbor' - has helped lure viewers.
According to Discovery Communications, which jointly owns the two-year old channel, OWN moved out of the red faster than expected, the New York Daily News reported.
Discovery CEO David Zaslav told the publication that the network had the highest growth of any cable network in the second quarter and the company had signed on 30 new ad partners.
