Pierce Brosnan, who played James Bond from 1994-2002, has given thumbs up to Idris Elba for playing the next James Bond.
The 'Golden Eyes' star said in an interview with Radio Times magazine that Elba could do the job or even Colin Salmon will be suitable, the Daily Express reported.
The 61-year-old actor said that may the best man get the job and may Daniel Craig bring home the bacon for as long he wanted.
Elba had previously said he would like to play Bond when Craig departs from the role as he is only contracted for one more Bond movie.
