Congress leader Sandeep Dikshit on Friday alleged that India's diplomacy towards Pakistan is going to become a joke worldwide.
"My problem is either it is Mr. Doval or Mr. Modi, they believe that their statement is the word of law and if they make a strong statement, other countries will listen. This is not how diplomacy takes place," Dikshit told ANI.
"It takes place in an environment equality and mutual dignity but to put your point forcefully and correctly. I think on all fronts they have failed. My fear is that Pakistan diplomacy is going to become joke worldwide," he added.
Dikshit further said: "Just going to certain places and making large statements doesn't mean that you have concrete developments on the front. I am deeply disappointed foreign secretary and the NSA.
