Congress leader Manish Tewari on Saturday said the recent terror attacks in Jammu and Kashmir indicate that Pakistan has elevated its state policy of terrorism to a new level, and alleged that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP)-led government at the Centre has no clarity regarding its foreign policy.

"What is happening in Kathua or Samba is very indicative of the fact that Pakistan has not only elevated terrorism as a state policy to a new level but have sent a very clear message that they are 'cocking a snook' at you. The flip flop over Masarat Alam, the flip flop over Laqvi are all indicative of the complete policy paralysis on the foreign affairs front," Tewari told ANI.

"The fact is that over the last 10 months you have sent a signal to your neighbours that you have no clarity with regards to your foreign policy. Whether it is Sri Lanka, whether it is Pakistan or even little Maldives, everybody has started showing eyes to you," he added.

A day after six people, including two militants, were killed in an attack on a police station in Jammu and Kashmir's Kathua District, an Army camp was attacked by the terrorists in Samba district this morning.

The terrorists, who failed to enter the camp, were reportedly hurling grenades inside the Army installation.

The Jammu-Pathankot Highway was sealed following the incident.
