Former U.S president Jimmy Carter's 28-year-old grandson has recently passed away.
According to a source, Jeremy Carter went to take a nap, but when his mom Annette Carter went to check on him, she found that his heart was not beating, reports TMZ.com.
The family tried CPR, but it didn't help, the insider added.
President Carter announced the sad news while teaching a Sunday school class in his hometown of Plains, GA.
Jeremy's cause of death has not been determined yet.
