Rajkumar Rao becomes nostalgic while shooting on streets of Lucknow

As per reports actor Rajkumar Rao and Ayushmann Khurrana are presently shooting in Lucknow for their upcoming movie 'Bareily Ki Barfi.'

While the 'Queen' actor was exploring the picturesque 'Nawabi' city, he got a chance to attend the local Ramleela show at Aishbagh.

The National award-winner, who belongs to a theatre background, had a gala time catching up for the play.

The actor loved the performances of the characters who delivered a great show for the audiences.

"I went there in little disguise as I wanted to feel the real experience amidst the local people, to listen to their conversation and to feel the vibe. I spent almost an hour there but the moment people started recognising, I had to immediately leave as I didn't want to disturb the show," said the 32-year-old actor.

Adding, "This whole experience was quite nostalgic for me. Back in time in Gurgaon all the kids in my house used to go for Ramleela with my grandmaa and my first ever stage performance was in Ramleela only when I was in class 1".

On a related note, starring Kriti Sanon, Rajkumar Rao and Ayushmann Khurrana, 'Bareilly ki Barfi' is touted to be a romantic-comedy.
