Pakistan's Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Raheel Sharif has said that a fearless environment has been created for the citizens as retribution from terrorists and criminals has decreased.
Sharif was addressing the convocation of the College of Physicians and Surgeons Pakistan (CPSP) at the Jinnah Convention Centre.
While congratulating the new graduates, the army chief said that we need to invest in our future generations to steer the country towards success, Express Tribune reports.
The army chief added that every individual, especially the educated professionals, have an enormous responsibility where today's fellow will rise and shine in future.
On the occasion, Sharif was also conferred upon the honourary fellowship of the CPSP for his achievements and historical contributions to fight terror and strengthen peace and stability in the country.
