The death toll in a Russia building collapse rose to seven after two more bodies were recovered from the debris on Tuesday.
The incident took place on Monday when a natural gas blast damaged 48 apartments of a 10-storey residential building in Magnitogorsk in the Chelyabinsk region.
According to the TASS news agency, around 70 people are still missing. Rescue efforts are underway.
Russian President Vladimir Putin on Monday ordered the creation of a government commission to investigate the cause of the fire.
Putin, during an operational meeting, said, "We are going to create a special government commission with the Minister of Emergency Situations."
After the meeting, a criminal investigation was opened on suspicion of a crime under Section 3, Article 109 of the Russian Criminal Code (manslaughter of two or more people).
