A Russian councilor has claimed that President Vladimir Putin is controlled by 'reptile aliens' who have also been advising him on the ongoing Ukraine conflict.
According to Daily Star, Simon Parkes, the Labour councillor, who represents Whitby in North Yorkshire, believes the reptiles, named the "The Nordics", are said to be advising the Russian leader on steps to take during the Ukraine conflict.
He said during a speech that Putin was a part of a group advised by reptiles and that the Nordics had made a counter offer to Putin.
He claimed that the technology that the Nordics were giving Putin was on a par with America, adding the alien community had told the President that he no longer had to "toe the American line".
The 53 year old's bizarre claims did not end here. He alleged that Putin' legal father was actually "a reptile" and that he had had sex with an alien and had fathered an extraterrestrial love child named Zarka.
