Sarbananda Sonowal extends congratulations to medal winners at CWG
Union Minister of State for Youth Affairs and Sports Sarbananda Sonowal congratulated the Indian Wrestlers for their performance in the Glasgow Commonwealth Games 2014.
Sonowal said, "I extend my heartiest congratulations to all the players because they are working hard for the country."
"That is why our ministry is taking all possible steps to extend our best possible support to our sportsperson," he added.
Amit Kumar, Sushil Kumar and Vinesh have bagged gold in wrestling and Rajeev Tomar won silver, at the ongoing Commonwealth Games in Glasgow.
