American world No.1 Serena Williams is reportedly set to play a third round clash with her sister Venus at the upcoming French Open, according to the recent draw.
The defending champion will open her 13th campaign at Roland Garros with a match against young French wildcard Alize Lim while her sister Venus, who has never won at Roland Garros before, starts against Belinda Bencic of Switzerland.
According to Sport24, potential semi-final opponents for Serena Williams include third seed Agnieszka Radwanska of Poland, who took her to three sets in the 2012 Wimbledon final or German Angelique Kerber.
Meanwhile, the report mentioned that 2011 French Open champion and second seed Li Na of China is set for a tie against France's Kristina Mladenovic, the junior champion at Roland Garros in 2009, in the bottom half of the draw.
