All India Pingalwara Charitable Society president Dr. Indrajeet Kaur is extremely delight as special children from her society here have been selected for the Special Olympics in Austria.
"Our trust works for the education and at present we have three schools - one for normal kids, other for special kids and the third for deaf kids under the name of Bhagat Puran Singh. And we also have Special Olympics for the kids, one is winter special and the other one is summer social," Kaur told ANI.
"Previously they went for summer Special Olympics and even won bronze medal there and now our kids have been selected for winter and they are going to Austria. In all, eight kids are going from Punjab, out of which three special kids. We expect that they will and make our school and Bhagat Puran Singh proud," she added.
