Uruguay striker Luis Suarez is reportedly progressing very well after the keyhole surgery on his left knee, according to the team doctors.
According to Sport 24, the Liverpool player underwent a knee surgery on Thursday and was expected to recover within 15-20 days.
The team doctor, Alberto Pan said that though it's only been a few days since the operation but the progress until now is very good.
He added that they have three weeks ahead of them and setting a timeline at this point would be premature though Suarez is very positive about his condition.
However, Suarez has a little room for manoeuvre before Uruguay play their first match in Group D, against Costa Rica in Fortaleza on June 14.
