External Affairs Minister Sushma Swaraj today met Bangladesh Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina as part of her first bilateral visit since assuming office.
Swaraj also met Bangladesh Foreign Minister Abdul Hassan Mahmood earlier today.
The two nations are expected to discuss the Teesta water sharing and Land Boundary Agreement during this visit.
Swaraj will also meet the opposition party, Bangladesh Nationalist Party (BNP) chief Khaleda Zia and Jatiya Party leader Rowshan Ershad tomorrow.
