'The Muppet Show' reboot has got a green signal and will air on ABC as a primetime series.
The network released the first official photo of the show, which will be presented in a "more adult" mockumentary style, along with a synopsis stating that the it will, "for the first time ever, explore the Muppets' personal lives and relationships, both at home and at work, as well as romances, break-ups, achievements, disappointments, wants and desires; a more adult Muppet show, for kids of all ages," the Verge reported.
The new show is being penned by 'The Big Bang Theory's Bill Prady and 'Anger Management's Bob Kushell, who will also serve as executive producers.
