English actor Tom Hardy has revealed that he is absolutely ready to take up the next 'Mad Max' film.
The 37-year-old star said that he was looking forward to the 'Mad Max- Fury Road,' which is to be screened at the Cannes Film Festival, the BBC reported.
He added that filming was very difficult to understand and 7 months on set were long, because then he didn't know what the director was thinking.
The sequel sees the 'Inception' star step into the shoes of the American actor Mel Gibson, who played Max in George Miller's 1979 original.
Australian director Miller used real vehicles and had shot in a remote desert in West Africa, which had resulted in a tough seven-month shoot for the film's stars.
