TrademarKing launches India's first Automated Trademark monitoring platform for manufacturers and service providers

TrademarKing.in, India's leading trademark search engine has announced the launch of India's first automated trademark monitoring platform. Established business owners, manufacturers and new startups can register to this service for cost-free until 31st January 2017 to monitor their brand names. The trademark monitoring service is first of its kind in India business owners can leverage maximum benefit to protect their brands through this platform.

The aim of this free launch by trademarKing.in is to create awareness about the importance of trademarks. One of the initiative by Make in India policy is to protect Intellectual Property Rights, this monitoring platform by trademarKing.in will be an unprecedented move to safeguard the trademark rights of business proprietors.

"Many entities come to notice that their brand name is misused only when they expand their marketing territory," said Preethi Raja, the Head of Operations.

"Similar brand names are highly common to deceive consumers in processed foods, clothing, and pharmaceutical industries. Our monitoring platform can help corporates as well as small and medium scale business owners in any industry to detect copycats or similar trademark names, we also advise users to take legal action if required," she added.

The service will be extremely helpful for business owners who want to find out if there is any duplicate or similar trademark names filed anywhere in India. A free of cost SMS and email alerts will be sent to registered users that will enable them to take legal actions before it is too late.

To enroll, users have to create free account at www.trademarking.in , users then can add their brand name as a keyword in their profile page.

trademarKing.in proprietary algorithm will start monitoring as well as send free SMS and email when infringement or similar trademark names are detected. Anyone can register trademark monitoring for free of cost until 31th January 2017 and have their brands monitored.
