D D Sharma, Special Secretary (Disaster Management and Revenue), on Monday said two labourers who had been trapped inside a caved in tunnel at Bilaspur would be rescued within one hour, added that the rescue operation will not be completed till the third person is traced.
"The State Disaster Management Authority is monitoring the situation, our drilling work is complete. Out of three trapped persons, only two persons are traceable, while the third person was not traceable," Sharma said.
