Unconference held by Collaborative Climate in Gurugram

Collaborative Climate organised and moderated the tenth edition of its Unconference series here last week.

Collaborative Climate promotes value of collaboration at work-place and offers relevant frame-works and diagnostic tools as part of its HR offerings - from Leadership and Executive Development to overall Organisational Development

Unconferences are a medium for the organisation to facilitate collaborative and informal peer learning across organisations. Senior HR and business leaders from different organisations are invited to discuss issues related to people development and learn from each other. The Unconferences have elicited a good feedback and response from the business environment.

The topic for the tenth edition of the Unconference was 'Business Transformation through L&D.' Senior leaders from organisations such as Samsung, Schneider, IndusInd Bank, Osram, Indiabulls, Quatrro, Zoom Insurance Brokers, Grofers, Securitas and more participated. All participants made valuable contribution to the topic of discussion. The challenge identified was to identify as to how robust the Learning and Development Division of an organisation should be to support business. Various methods to give momentum to the organisation were discussed in depth. Jindal Steel and Power was the host and sponsor for this event.
