A 70-year-old woman was dragged out by policemen on Wednesday, while executing court orders to evacuate the premises in Amroha, UP.
Assistant Superintendent of Police (ASA), Amroha, Narendra Pratap Singh told ANI, "The owner of the house Sudhir Singal lodged a complaint against the tenant Shaukeen Ali who failed to move out of the house in given time. Thereby the former moved to court."
"We just abided by the court orders. We deployed a lady officer on the site and the lady had to be dragged as she refused to comply with the court's orders and created chaos," Singh added.
The woman's grandson appealed for the help, but no one came forward.
