West Bengal: Police arrests three with illegal arms, ammunition

The West Bengal Police on Wednesday arrested three persons in connection with trafficking illegal arms.

Police personnel seized 69 rounds of 7.65mm arms and ammunitions from the arrested men.

Officials arrested Jamirul Hassan and two of his associates Mohammad Shabbir, Raj Malikand Mohammad Tarif during a raid held on January 3rd in connection with Ballygunge General Packet Radio Service (GPRS).

The accused were arrested from a guest house in Kidderpore area.
