England all-rounder David Willey has expressed his happiness on being named in the 15-man squad for the upcoming World T20 to be played in India.
Expressing his excitement, the 25-year old left-armer said that he felt honoured to be a part of the team for the T20 pinnacle event.
"Can't wait is an understatement! Thank you for all the messages! #doesn'tgetanybetter," Willey wrote on Twitter.
Earlier, Willey displayed a brilliant performance in his maiden Big Bash League campaign as he bagged 10 wickets overall and made several handy contributions with the bat as well, News.com.au reported.
Willey has appeared in 10 one-day internationals and four T20s for England so far.
The ICC World T20 is slated to be held in India between March 8 to April 3.
