Youtube has released an update for iOS that offers support for full screen playback of vertical videos.
According to thenextweb.com, Youtube's version 10.28 which has the vertical display support is now available on the Apple App store for download.
The users will at least get the same view as the person who shot it in the first place.
Previously, YouTube would display vertical videos in full-screen landscape mode which kept the actual viewing area nearly as small as the preview screen.
Earlier this week, the Android version of the app was updated to make playback of the vertical video a better experience.
