Zayn Malik has been officially cut from One Direction's introductory video montage that plays during the band's concerts.

According to Twitter, Harry Styles told the crowd that, "You have no idea how much we love you right now", the Mirror reported.

Fellow bandmates Niall Horan and Louis Tomlinson have reportedly taken over during Malik's solos.

In an official statement issued last week, the band said that the four of them will now continue and they were looking forward to recording the new album and seeing all the fans on the next stage of the world tour.

The Bradford-born singer quit the band recently in order to live a normal life.
